Fair Usage Policy: |

A very small number of customers who
constantly send and receive video and other very large files use a lot
of bandwidth. This can significantly reduce the speed at which other
customers can access the internet.
By having a fair usage policy we can protect
the service for all of its customers through interventions that manage
the bandwidth of these extremely heavy users. |
Business models

Omantel provides 2 business models: A Revenue Share Model where Omantel
will share revenue with the client and a monthly fee model with
unlimited usage where the client will be charged. |

Omantel will incur the initial investment (Capital &
Operation) for the WiFi network including the connectivity. |

The client can choose one of the following contract durations: 3
Years / 4 Years / 5 years. |

Clients can choose any internet speed |

|
No consumption follow-up and no commission will be provided to
the client |
|
|
Clientswill have the choice to place any tariff for the service
within his territory |

Capital threshold will be predefined by Omantel |

Model 2: Monthly Fee Business Model "Available for any corporate
client" |

Omantel will incur all the initial investment (Capital
Operation) for the WiFi network including the connectivity. |

The client will pay a monthly fixed fee to Omantel based on
the contract duration selected by him and agreed between both
parties. |

The client can choose any of the following contract durations: 3
Years / 4 Years / 5 years. |

Clients can choose any internet speed |
